When uploading and sending photos please put your full name in the subject line.  Always upload your photos after you have completed the ordering process. 

When sending multiple photos please rename each photo to say where you would like it to go.  For example  by renaming a photo "topright.jpg" we will know exactly where in the card you would like it to go.

 If you would like a free proof prior to purchase you can email your photo(s) directly to dolcettodesigns@gmail.com

 **Please use the upload service for your initial photos only.  If you change your mind during the design process as to which photo(s) you'd like to use please send the new photos via the corresponding e-mails.

*Please make sure that all photos are high resolution/ 300 dpi.  To check your photos you can right click on the image and select "properties," this will show you the dpi (dots per inch) of the photo.   Anything less than 100 dpi is considered low resolution and may print out blurry.

*Only upload/ send photos that you have taken yourself or have been given the rights to print by your photographer.  It is illegal to print watermarked proof images from a photographer.  We will NOT use such photos in any card design, will not remove watermarks, etc.

Why send photos through our upload service? Several email hosts, including hotmail, shrink the file size of attachments for easier sending.  This is a problem when we want your photo file(s) to be of highest resolution. We provide the yousendit service to make uploading easier, faster and to guarantee that your photo files arrive on our computer the same way they left yours.

If the photo upload service doesn't seem to be working (may happen during busy times), please email photos directly to dolcettodesigns@gmail.com.  For large photo files (wedding images), you may have to send 1-2 images per email.
