Terms of Use:

The following text is presented as the Terms of Service (TOS) for viewing and/or ordering items from Dolcetto Designs. The Terms of Service are listed below, and by visiting the Dolcetto Designs website, you agree to abide by the Terms of Service.

By submitting an order to Dolcetto Designs, you agree to the following:

You certify that you are the parent or guardian of the baby/ child whose photo you submit, or have obtained the consent of the parent or guardian to display the child's photos on Dolcetto Designs.

You certify that you own or have the rights to use any information or pictures supplied by you. All cards may be used for advertising purposes on our website, blog, etc; however all personal information (last names, address, phone number, e-mail) is always changed.  If you do not wish for your card image to be used in this way all you have to do is say so. You may submit professional photographs on the condition that you have written permission from the photographer.  You also agree to accept legal responsibility for the reproduction of all photos that you provide, and to hold harmless and indemnify Dolcetto Designs for liability and damages incurred by the processing and reproduction of copyrighted photographs.

Each order is entitled to a maximum of two different design proofs.  This does not include changes that are made in one design proof.  For example, one could order the "Adam Photo Birth Announcement" and then change their mind and want the "Isaiah Photo Birth Announcement."  Each additional requested design proof will be charged the $18 jpeg fee.

Each order is entitled to a free proof before payment is completed, and only when requested.  We are happy to make any adjustments/ changes to the proof only once payment is completed.  The purpose of the initial proof is to give the customer a good idea of what the final product will look like.

This site and its contents belong to Dolcetto Designs. The copyright to the contents of this site is owned by Dolcetto Designs.

Refund Policy

All payments are made at the time of ordering.  The design process only begins once payment is received.  Since our products are custom designed and printed, we do not offer a refund.   If there is a problem with a printed order due to our error (text, graphics, colour choices) following your approval of the final proof we will reprint your order at no cost to you. If the error is yours, we will reprint for a charge of the current printing and shipping costs.  If a refund is requested after a proof has been completed but before printing, a refund will be issued MINUS an $18.00 design fee. 

Data & Privacy

The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in our database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which this information might be passed to a third party.

COPYRIGHT POLICY/INFRINGING MATERIAL. You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information owned or controlled by someone else without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on Dolcetto Designs without your permission or in any way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Dolcetto Designs with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material you claim is infringing is located on the Dolcetto Designs Service; your address, telephone number, and email address; and a written statement by you stating that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law; and a statement that you own the claimed infringing material together with any evidence of such ownership. Please contact Dolcetto Designs at dolcettodesigns@gmail.com.  If we have indeed broken a copyright agreement we will rectify the situation and remove the copyrighted work from our website/ blog, etc. Immediately.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS OF SERVICE:  Dolcetto Designs may change the content of the TOS at any time at its sole discretion without notice.  Because we may modify all or any part of these TOS from time to time without notice to you, you should check periodically so you are aware of your current rights and responsibilities.  Your continued use of a given Service after changes to the TOS have been published on that Service constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated TOS.
